Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee who claimed he was “recusing” himself from the Russia investigation only to go lone wolf earlier this year, joined Laura Ingraham on her launch of The Ingraham Angle on FOX News.
Rep. Nunes told Laura Ingraham that James Comey and possibly the ENTIRE FBI brass was lying to Congress about who was funding the anti-Trump dossier.
Rep. Devin Nunes: If people really believe that the FBI did not know who paid for that dossier I’ve got a bridge to sell you. THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY that the FBI did not know who paid for that dossier.
Laura Ingraham: So who’s lying at the FBI?
Rep. Nunes: We don’t really know. Is it just Comey or is it the whole FBI?
Laura Ingraham: What you’re saying about the FBI there, that’s quite a charge.
Rep. Nunes: Absolutely. This is the government out of control… It’s not OK for us to ask SINCE MARCH who paid for the dossier? What did you use the dossier for? And it comes out only because of subpoenas to the bank, the bank was going to have to produce the subpoenas that – then they cut a deal.
The frauds behind the anti-Trump dossier are finally coming out in the open. Recently, it was revealed that Hillary Clinton together with the Democratic National Committee funded the creation of the documents that falsely accused Trump of working together with Russia in order to win the presidential election. In other words the truth is slowly coming out despite the Deep State and Obama insiders’ attempts to submerge it. There’s a scandal bigger than Watergate lurking underneath all this treachery that went on by liberals in 2016, mark my words.
The intelligence committee chairman has long had it out for Fusion GPS, the research firm that published the “golden showers” dossier.
The company’s lawyers allege that Nunes is trying to “destroy” their firm to punish them for publishing information that incriminates or defames Trump. Nunes personally issued subpoenas to Fusion without the input of Democrats on the committee, as members like Swalwell allege.
